David S Waltzer waltzer@waltzerlawgroup.com holds a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, an M.P.A from Baruch College, NY, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Purchase College, NY. Before practicing bankruptcy, David practiced constitutional litigation, dispute resolution and international law. His experience includes work at the United Nations, American Friends Service Committee, the Essex County Courts (NJ) and the Legal Action Center in NY. David is a member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Federal Districts of New York, as well as the Federal Districts of New Jersey and the District of Columbia. David is passionate about music, mountain sports, travel and philosophy.
Ailene Quan quan@waltzerlawgroup.com holds a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, a B.A. in English and Cultural Anthropology from The University of Texas in Austin and is originally from Guam. Ailene is an expert in Chapter 7 bankruptcy and debt negotiation. Ailene is a member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey. She plays bass in a rock band, loves long-form improvisation and living in New York City.
Dale Sheri Skir skir@waltzerlawgroup.com holds a J.D. from University of Buffalo Law School and a B.A. from SUNY Buffalo where she graduated cum laude. Before joining the Law Offices of David S Waltzer PC (Waltzer Law Group), Dale practiced employment litigation where she handled Federal and State actions in Title VII, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, ERISA, New York State Human Right Violations and other litigation. Her experience also includes practicing employment law, labor law and immigration law. Dale is a member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the Federal District of New Jersey. Dale enjoys working out, playing tennis and traveling.
Steven Alpert (of Counsel) received his JD from Boalt Hall School of Law and his BA in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles, graduating magna cum laude. His law school honors included Moot Court Oralist Commendation. Steven is a member of the State Bars of California, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Nevada. Steven also works for Price Law Group. Prior to working for Price Law Group, Steven was an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where he worked on a variety of transactional and litigation projects, including bankruptcy. Steven was also a teacher of legal writing at Merit College. During the summer, Steven serves as a counselor at a pre-college program in both Madison, Wisconsin and Spain. Steven is a sports enthusiast and likes to travel.
